Rental rates for each villa are charged per villa per night. There are no under occupancy charges.
In most cases, villa rental includes: preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels) pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and cleaning.
Please note that many villas do not include housekeeping during your stay and will only be cleaned on changeover days. The details of services included are listed on each villa page. Where additional charges are made locally, these are shown on the individual villa listing
Most of our villas come with a non-refundable accidental damage waiver insurance, which is £15 per person. This covers you for up to €200 worth of damage.
Some of our villa owners request a security deposit which is payable on arrival. The amount of refundable security deposit payable is stated on each villa page and will also be confirmed in your arrival pack, which you will receive by email approximately two weeks before departure.
Yes, where applicable, VAT is included in our quoted prices – unless otherwise stated.
An infant would be under two years old on the day your return from holiday, and a child would be aged between two and 16. Adults are from 16 years and over.
Within our collection of handpicked villas, we do have accommodations that would be suitable for a large group. However, the majority of our villas are designed for families. As such, we don’t have an enormous number of villas that are suitable for groups larger than twelve people. For large groups we recommend booking as early as possible. We may also be able to accommodate your group across a number of neighbouring properties.

Please note that many of our villas are situated in residential areas, as such we reserve the right to refuse any party bookings which we reasonably believe may lead to undue disturbance to neighbours.
For peace of mind, all bookings have ABTOT protection. Our flight inclusive package include ATOL protection. This means that if we, or one of the travel suppliers, has a problem you won’t lose your money or be stranded abroad.
Our flight inclusive packages are ATOL bonded. Accommodation only bookings do not fall under ATOL and so do not include this protection.
You will be required to provide Advanced Passenger Information (API) if you have made a flight-inclusive booking. The airlines need this information before you fly. We will reach out to you with a secure link to provide these details.
Your villa arrival instructions will be sent to you two weeks before travel. These will be sent to the email address given to us at the time of booking. Please check your junk or spam folder, just in case. If you haven’t received your documents 10 days before travel, please contact us. If you have booked package with flights included, it is imperative that you follow the instructions given by the airline to upload your API (Advanced Passenger Information), check-in and print your boarding passes.
All the details you need for key collection will be given to you with your villa arrival instructions that will be sent to you by email two weeks prior to departure.
Your villa address and map coordinates will be included in your villa arrival information email that you will receive two weeks before you go on holiday.
It’s part of your booking terms and conditions that adequate travel insurance is in place for each member of the party travelling and staying in your villa.
As soon as travel insurance is in place, it covers you for cancellation. Depending on the level of cover that you choose, you’ll also have cover in place for curtailment (cutting your holiday short), travel delays, lost baggage, lost or stolen personal possessions, medical emergencies and more.

The balance for your villa holiday is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. If you make a booking within 10 weeks of departure, the full balance is payable at the time of booking
You can make a payment towards your holiday at any time by logging into to our secure payment portal. We accept payment by credit or debit card.
Your luggage allowance will depend on the airline you’re travelling. Your allowance for both hand and hold luggage will be stated on your booking paperwork.
Unless otherwise stated on your booking paperwork, check in is from 4pm and check out is 10am.
Your arrival instructions will have the contact details of the local agent that will assist with any issues in the resort. However, if you still need to get in touch, please call us on 0204 580 1178.
If you need to make a change to your booking, for example, holiday date, accommodation, or destination, we will do what we can to help but it is not always possible to amend your booking.
Please contact the reservation team on 0204 580 1178, by email or live chat on our website with the details you may need to amend. The team will be able to check if the changes can be made.
Any amendments to your booking will be subject to a £25 administration fee plus any additional costs imposed by our suppliers.
If we are not able to amend your booking and you no longer wish to go ahead with your original booking, this would be treated as a cancellation and subject to our cancellation terms and conditions.
